Jill Patterson

Pre-Licensed Professional, RN

I am a clinical mental health counseling student with a foundation as a Registered Nurse and specialized training in EMDR, which equips me to provide deeply informed, trauma-responsive care. My years in medical-surgical nursing strengthened my understanding of how emotional and physical health are closely connected. As an adoptive parent and long-time military spouse, I bring lived insight into complex family dynamics, attachment, and the unique challenges of military life. I offer a collaborative, strengths-based, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy. My goal is to support clients navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions with compassion and clinical clarity.

Our belief is that all truth comes from God and therefore scripture is in alignment with any method of therapy that is effective. We do our best to help our clients understand the biblical application of psychological concepts.
